Wes Giesbrecht

Wes grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, and excitedly prepared to become an attorney, leaving Vancouver to attend law school in Calgary in the 70s. Before the first day of school, he interviewed with a real estate development firm, where the principal convinced him he’d have much more fun building large offices than attending law school. He took the job, and never looked back. After building for a few years in Calgary, he moved back to Vancouver in 1980, where he transitioned his work from office development to residential development. He relocated with his family to Mercer Island in 1985.

Atlin Group

Atlin Group is a boutique builder in the greater Puget Sound area, with a focus on Mercer Island and the Eastside. The biggest home builder you’ve never heard of, the Group maintains a low profile and has built thousands of homes under a number of different LLCs to maintain its exclusivity.
